1. UPS shipments-

A.Megadropshippers default insurance:
Megadropshippers will automatically insure your entire order for up to $100 in the event that the package is verifed lost or damaged by UPS. The dropshipper has the option to purchase additional insurance for their purchase via the respective product page of the product. In the event that items in your order have been verified damaged or lost by UPS and you have not purchased additional insurance for your order, then you will receive store credit for your purchase of up to $100 only. If the amount of your original purchase was less than $100, then you will receive store credit at that exact amount only. Lost or damaged shipments must be reported to Megadropshippers within 7 business days of shown receipt date at www.ups.com (via UPS tracking number). All lost or damaged shipment inquiries must be sent to sales@megadropshippers.com. We do not accept lost or damaged shipment inquiries via telephone, live chat, or by leaving a message via live chat when live chat is offline. We will need a customer contact phone number of the recipient to file an insurance claim and/or tracer with UPS. Please provide this information in your email to sales@megadropshippers.com. UPS insurance claim and tracer filings take 1-8 business for a resolution to be reached from date of filing. Store credit will be issued to the dropshipper once Megadropshippers is notified by UPS and the outcome of UPS's investigation states that the merchandise was damaged in transit or lost.

B.Additional insurance purchased by the dropshipper/buyer:
The dropshipper has the option to purchase additional insurance for their purchase via the respective product page of the product. In the event of lost or damaged merchandise by UPS, your order will be insured by UPS for the amount of insurance that you have purchased for your order plus the Megadropshippers default insurance amount of $100. All lost or damaged shipment inquiries must be sent to sales@megadropshippers.com. We do not accept lost or damaged shipment inquiries via telephone, live chat, or by leaving a message via live chat when live chat is offline. We will need a customer contact phone number of the recipient to file an insurance claim and/or tracer with UPS. Please provide this information in your email to sales@megadropshippers.com. UPS insurance claim and tracer filings take 1-8 business for a resolution to be reached from date of filing. Store credit will be issued to the dropshipper once Megadropshippers is notified by UPS and the outcome of UPS's investigation states that the merchandise was damaged in transit or lost.

2. USPS Insurance

A.Megadropshippers default insurance:
There will be no Megadropshippers default insurance offered for packages shipped via USPS. The dropshipper has the option to purchase insurance for their purchase via the respective product page of the product. In the event that items in your order have been verified damaged or lost by USPS and you have not purchased insurance for your order, then you will not receive store credit for your purchase from Megadropshippers. We strongly encourage all dropshippers to purchase insurance for their orders that are being shipped via USPS.

B.Insurance purchased by the dropshipper/buyer:
The dropshipper has the option to purchase insurance for their purchase via the respective product page of the product. In the event of lost or damaged merchandise by USPS, your order will be insured by USPS for the amount of insurance that you have purchased for your order. Per www.usps.com: Claims for Loss – can be filed 21 days (after mailing) at the earliest, and no more than 180 days after mailing. Claims for Damage or Partial Loss – may be filed immediately, and no more than 60 days after mailing. In the case of damaged merchandise, a digital photo of the damaged merchandise may eed to be supplied to us for USPS's purposes. All lost or damaged shipment inquiries must be sent to sales@megadropshippers.com. We do not accept lost or damaged shipment inquiries via telephone, live chat, or by leaving a message via live chat when live chat is offline. We will need a customer contact phone number of the recipient to file an insurance claim and/or tracer with USPS. Please provide this information in your email to sales@megadropshippers.com. USPS insurance claim and tracer filings take 1-10 business for a resolution to be reached from date of filing. Store credit will be issued to the dropshipper once Megadropshippers is notified by USPS and the outcome of USPS's investigation states that the merchandise was damaged in transit or lost.

09/25/07:New return policy as of 09/19/07

A.Refused Orders:
1. Refused drop shipments will be credited less oringial shipping and handling charges.
2. A new order is required for reshipment and charges will include shipping and handling charge.

B.Returns:
1. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained from MegaDropShippers Customer Support and is to be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RMA# is valid for 45 days after date of intitial receipt by the end customer. This equates to a 45 day moneyback guarantee from Megadropshippers. Returned merchandise must be in our possession within 45 days of intitial receipt by the end customer for store credit to be issued to your dropship account. We encourage all dropship members to post a 30 day moneyback guarantee on their respective website/ebay auction. As previously memtioned, our moneyback gaurantee is 45 days. We will afford our dropshippers the extra 15 days to have the product returned to us.
2. You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. We highly suggest that you purchase delivery conformation with signature confirmation for all return shipments.
3. Shipping on merchandise being returned to MegaDropShippers is to be prepaid by the sender.
4. Defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less shipping and handling charges. Reimbursement for defective merchandise will be given in the form of store credit only. Defective merchandise must be in our posession within 45 days of intitial receipt by the end customer. Defective
merchandise returned after 45 days of intitial receipt by the end customer will be held at our warehouse for pick up by the dropshipper. The dropshipper can also request a Google Checkout invoice to pay for return shipping of the merchandise to them or their customer.

5. Non-defective merchandise:
a. Unused and unopened non-defective merchandise- This merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less shipping and handling charge. Reimbursement for unused and unopened non-defective merchandise will be given in the form of store credit only. Unused and unopened non-defective merchandise must be returned to us in an unused and unopened state with all original contents intitally shipped to the end customer returned to us in an unused and unopened state. If this is not the case then the non defective merchandise will be classified as opened and used. Unused and unopened non-defective merchandise must be in our posession within 45 days of intitial receipt by the end customer. Unused and unopened non-defective merchandise returned after 45 days of intitial receipt by the end customer will be held at our warehouse for pick up by the dropshipper. The dropshipper can also request a Google Checkout invoice to pay for return shipping of the merchandise to them or their customer.

b. Used and opened non-defective merchandise- This merchandise is not eligible for store credit/refund or exchange at anytime. In the event that used and opened non-defective merchandise is returned to us, it will be held at our warehouse for pick up by the dropshipper. The dropshipper can also request a Google Checkout invoice to pay for return shipping of the merchandise to them or their customer. If the dropshipper elects to pay a Google checkout invoice for return shipping of the merchandise to them or their customer, the merchanidse will be shipped and will include only the contents that were initially included in the return to us.

6. All returned merchandise that is eligible for store credit (defective merchandise and unused and unopened non-defective merchandise returned within within 45 days of intitial receipt by the end customer) must be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. No returns or credit requests are accepted after 45 days of intitial receipt by the end customer. Missing items from returns rather non defective or defective will be dedcuted from the resulting store credit issued to your account. Missing item charges will be deducted at the dropship price that is made available to you. For items that are missing from returns that do not have a dropship price available, please see the following list-

a.Outer box for FTA Receiver-$5

c.Audio Video cables for FTA receiver-$1
d.Remote Control for FTA receiver-$15
e.Batteries for remote control-$1

7. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include shipping and handling charges.
8. Store credit will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise at MegaDropShippers warehouse.
9. If your respective 45 day moneyback guarantee has expired and you or your customer is still in possession of possibly defective merchandise, we suggest that you contact the respective manufacturer to enforce the manufacturer's warranty (if any). For your information, all FTA receivers come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty for repair/replacement.
10. All return inquiries and RMA request must be sent to sales@megadropshippers.com. We do not accept return inquiries and RMA request via telephone, live chat, or by leaving a message via live chat when live chat is offline.

Carrier Loss, Damage/Pilferage
1. Claims for lost shipment, or damage/pilferage must be reported to MegaDropShippers Customer Support within 10 days of delivery/expected delivery date. If you have filed a claim, the claim number must be given to MegaDropShippers Customer Support when you report the damage/pilferage. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned.
Mis-shipments, mis-billings, and shortages:
1. Shortages, mis-shipments and mis-billings must be reported to MegaDropShippers Customer Support within 3 days of delivery date/expected delivery date. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved.
2. Mis-shipments (incorrect product shipments) are credited in full (plus original shipping and handling charges) once the product is returned to Megadropshippers. Any incorrect product shipments will be temporarily invoiced for inventory purposes until the item is returned and credited. This credit will offset the invoice amount. Megadropshippers will issue a UPS call tag for pick of the items at the customers address. Items must be returned in an unused and unopened state for full store credit to be issued.
3. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number. Shipping and handling charges will apply on the new order.
4. If orders are duplicated or excess merchandise is shipped, you must contact MegaDropShippers Customer Support and request an RMA#. Your customer should then be contacted and the second order should be refused or the excess merchandise returned, before credit will be given.
5. If it is proven that MegaDropShippers has made the error, a Returns Authorization Tag may be sent for your customer to return the product freight free. When the merchandise is returned in an unused and unopened state, full credit will be given. Your help in contacting your customer to return product shipped in error helps to keep MegaDropShippers prices low and competitive.
6. If you place a shipment that is flagged by our system as an incorrect/invalid address the order will be cancelled and you will receive store credit so you may reorder at your convenience with the corrected address. This policy will also pertains to orders were the incorrect shipping method is used (Example using UPS Ground service to ship to a P.O. Box).
